Hey doc.. Charlie is a mix between a siberian husky, cane corso, lab and doberman.. I recently bought him from a local breeder and noticed shortly after quite a long walk home.. He babies one of his toe pads and claw... His claw is white in colour but I know this can be caused by a number of things.. Not sure if it is at all related.. Very concerned...

Charlie has a depigmented area in his pad. He's a mix between two breeds so it may be perfectly normal. His skin looks healthy, the only thing that looks a little bit odd is the area on his bigger pad (metacarpal o metatarsal pad), but I wouldn't worry much.
If you look closely, the toe that has the white spot also has a white nail. This is probably just a white spot in an unlikely place.
Make sure that everything stays the same and the skin doesn't turn red or he has changes on the color of other parts of his body. If that happens he could suffer from vitiligo, but I think that the most probable cause is that he has a white spot, nothing else.
Make sure to talk about this with your vet when you take Charlie for his shots, he/she will know what to do.
