You should take your kitten as soon as possible to your veterinarian, in order to examine him, find the diagnosis and give him appropriate treatment.

Eye inflammation and watery eyes are very often connected to conjunctivitis, an inflammation that can be caused by several viruses. The most common one is the herpes virus that is highly contagious among cats.
Regarding his pale gums, it may be due to anemia, caused by different causes or problems of hypoglycemia or parasitosis.

As your cat is young, you should visit the vet as soon as possible, as the dehydration can become lethal.

All the best.
