Fish Cheff

I have a question about Cheff, my male fish betta

For the last 2 weeks my Betta stays in the bottom of the fish tank all the time. He looks sick, inactive, lost the shine of his colors and eat less. I don't know if this is because he's old... He's 2 years old.

If that happens it is because some factor it is not appropriate. It may be that the water is not cleaned or that the fish tank is too small, or that there are more fish than the account for the space of the tank.

It is possible that the fish ate too much, or that the blood worm had some bacteria. It’s probably the first one, since the betta fish have a very small stomach and they are always want to eat. They are always hungry and don’t feel the limit while eating.

Also, it is important to clean any leftovers of blood worm from the water.

To help him clean his guts, you can cook some peas and give him small pieces of it.

All the best,
