Dog Leia

Leia, my female dog bull terrier, has pain on contact and lethargy

Since yesterday my pet read began to complain for no apparent reason because until the previous night he had no problems but when he woke up the other day he did not want to move out of bed, and when he walked he took a few steps and stopped in the middle of the way, at a certain moment we tried to acriate it but complained a little after I stopped complaining and we could caress it all over the body since I wanted to see if I had an injury but no injury

When your dog feels pain in certain area, it is advisable to perform an x-ray of that area, since it could be a fracture or a degenerative process (osteoarthritis), which are very painful.

To treat pain your vet will give her anti-inflammatories, but most important is to determine the cause of pain and the reason of walking with difficulties.

Take her to a vet as soon as possible.

All the best.
