It is advisable to take Pepe to the veterinarian since the birds can not survive without eating.

The continuous vomiting produces a metabolic acidosis that cause weakness in the bird. It could be a fungal problem that usually occurs when the crop has not been emptied correctly with vomiting and the bird returns to eat, then a fermentation takes place in which the fungi take advantage to grow.
But it could also be a bacterial infection.

You should take your bird to your vet. It is important to take a sample of his feces to the vet in order to make an analysis and to help determine the right diagnosis.

All the best.
