Reese, my female rodent american guinea pig, has tilting the head

I rescued my newest female guinea pig from a petco last night, I noticed when I got her she has a pretty odd head tilt and she’s very overweight. I am not sure if she’s pregnant I was trying to feel for babies but was sure what they feel like. When I had her out on my tummy for cuddles she had this brown slimy goop stuff come out of either her vagina or bum.. I don’t know what is wrong with her if there is something since I rescued her from a pet store..

You should take Reese to the vet because the vet will examine it.It could have intestinal parasites or some oral problem or any deficit of vitamin, between other possibles causes.
After the examination, the vet will get a diagnosis and a proper treatment for Reese.
