Sydney, my female dog mixed with pit bull, has vomit, white frothy vomit, and fever

My dog has been having feverish symptoms over the last 2 days, I thought it would pass since she was eating and drinking fine initially. She was vomiting a white foamy mucus initially and then the second day she was fine without any complications, but now she is vomiting a yellow liquid. We’ve been having her drink water and have bought a natural immune system booster from a local pet store. We don’t have a lot of funds behind us, is there anything we can do to help her more before going to the vet as a last resort.

Sydney should not eat for one or two days while she is vomiting.
You should give her little quantity of water but several times a day because if she drinks a lot water, the water could produce more vomits.
If after two days she does not vomit, you can buy digestible food in tins.
But if she vomits after two days, you should take Sydney to the vet because she could have a hepatic, pancreatic o renal problem or leishmania between other causes.

Kind regards
