Tokyo, my male dog pomeranian, has worms in feces

He was sleeping and out of nowhere started getting verry itritated and started to lick his butt i didnt really care until i saw him going for 5 mins and couldnt go back to sleep and then when i put the flashlight on I see something either white or yellow in his butt so i rushed him to his training pad and he pooped and it was filled with like worms

Tapeworms an roundworms are intestinal parasites, that absorb the nutrients of the food causing severe malnutrition in dogs. Hence the importance of the internal deworming of dogs.

Your veterinarian will give you the product to eliminate them, to use it follow your veterinarian's instructions.

There are worms that are difficult to remove and some of them are very persistent. Unless veterinary prescription says differently, you should repeat internal deworming at least every 3 months.

It is very advisable to take a sample of the worms to the veterinarian so he can know what type they are.
