Vera, my female reptile chameleon, has loads of mucus in the nose

Hi, I have a veiled chameleon about 1 month old. I got her a week ago and since I've gotten her she keeps her eyes closed a lot. Sometimes she rubs them on her branches. She spends most of her time under the heat lamp and often points her head up towards it. The temperature in her cage stays around 75 degrees and under the heat lamp it's around 85. Her humidity is around 60-70%. She sometimes opens her mouth, but it doesn't stay open all the time. She seems to be eating around 3 small crickets a day. I'm worried she may have an eye infection or upper respiratory infection. Any advice is helpful. Thank you.

Vera should visit the vet because it might have a renal problem and or an infection in the lungs. And or problems with the calcium. I don't know if you give her crickets enriched by calcium and vitamins. The chameleon can take the calcium better by lived enriched animals than vitamins and calcium directly.

Kind regards,
